The Montréjeau-Gourdan-Polignan railway station is located 5.5 km from the centre and is regularly served by trains from Toulouse, Pau, Bayonne and Luchon. 

Shuttle from train station (for ten day and three day courses only)

On the first day of every ten-day and three-day course, a shuttle service is available from Montréjeau train station.

Location: Montréjeau Gourdan-Polignan train station
Departure time: 3:45 PM
Price: €12 (return trip), €8 (one way) — payment upon arrival at the centre.
No booking required.

This shuttle service is also available for the return journey. You will arrive at the train station around 8:15 AM on the last day of the course.

Other ways to get to the center from the train station

Buses (394/TER) serve the Labroquère-Moulins stop (map link) 2 km from the meditation centre (a 30-minute walk). They can be accessed from the Montréjeau - Gourdan-Polignan train station. See timetables here. 

When the shuttle service is not available (e.g. during service period or between courses), it is possible to arrange a pickup from the train station. Please let us know your arrival date and time by replying to the email you received regarding your registration.

If you wish to walk directly from Montréjeau station, we strongly advise against using the N125, which is dangerous for pedestrians; instead, we recommend taking the route via the Chemin de l'Arrivau and the Chemin de la Cassagne (a 1½-hour walk). See: link to the recommended Google Maps route
